Shipping Info

International:

Standard shipping worldwide for 1 to 3 cassettes (up to 250 grams) is as an international letter for $11.00. This is the cheapest option Australia Post offers (economy air mail) and does NOT include tracking, insurance or registration.

PLEASE NOTE that the postage for orders of more than 3 cassettes is NOT $11.00 but will be higher (for up to 7 cassettes it will be somewhere between $16 and $30, depending on your location)!

The bandcamp shipping module is not very sophisticated and does not allow for it to be set up so it reflects the different pricing categories of Australia Post. If you want to order more than 3 cassettes, or if you prefer registered mail (it will be more expensive), write to fanaticism.trisagion@gmail.com first for a shipping quote.
Should you have placed an order of more than 3 cassettes and have already paid for it through bandcamp, I will contact you and inform you of the actual postage and how much you have to pay additionally for shipping. Should you not be willing to pay the full, actual postage your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

All orders are sent by air mail and should be received within 10 to 30 days, depending on your location.


Domestic:

Standard shipping within Australia for 1 cassette (up to 125 grams) is $4.
For 2 or 3 cassettes (up to 250 grams) it will be a large letter for $6.
For orders of 4 to 7 cassettes (up to 500 grams) the shipping will be $10.00.
This does NOT include tracking or registration.

Depending on your location your order should be received within 2 to 10 days.

Return Policy

No returns. If there are any issues with quality, damaged goods or lost parcels, get in touch and a solution will be found.
